All our staff have the opportunity to become part of the Comfort Care Services family. If they pass our extensive selection criteria, complete their 12 week staff induction programme (SIP) and work towards NVQ qualifications they have the opportunity to get into more senior positions and , a manager qualified to NVQ level 4, (with some working towards level five for residential care) has the opportunity to run one of our units independently.
